WARRANTY

 This warranty covers all products purchased from Midlands Pergolas for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
 

Exclusions - This warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from improper use, abuse, unauthorised modifications, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Midlands Pergolas.
 

Claims Process - In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, customers should contact enquiries@midlandspergolas.co.uk as soon as an issue is identified. Proof of purchase will be required.

Resolution - Midlands Pergolas will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with a similar or equivalent item. If the product is no longer available we reserve the right to provide a product of comparable value.
 

Voiding the Warranty - Any attempt to repair or modify the product by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.
 

Limitation of Liability - Midlands Pergolas shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

Statutory Rights - This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable laws.
 

Governing Law - This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
