Prices

- All prices displayed on the website and communications are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
- Midlands Pergolas reserves the right to change prices without notice.
 

Delivery

- Delivery times are estimates and subject to change based on factors beyond our control.
- Midlands Pergolas are not responsible for any delivery delays or damages caused during transit.
 

Payment

- 10% deposit payment is required at the time of order placement. The outstanding balance is due upon completion of installation.
- We accept major credit and debit cards or BACS as forms of payment.
 

Refunds

- Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy outlined on the website.
- Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe upon approval of a valid refund request.
 

Returns

- Returns are subject to the Returns Policy outlined on the website.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed faulty.
 

Warranty

- Midlands Pergolas offers a 2-year warranty on products against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
 

Cancellation

- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Contact enquiries@midlandspergolas.co.uk  for cancellation requests.
- Cancellation requests received after the specified time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
