REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt when not installed by us. Any problems including damages, faults, missing parts must be reported within that period.

- A full refund shall be given in the event of damaged or faulty product whereby a replacement is not available. We reserve the right to provide a like-for-like replacement. 

-  A valid proof of purchase or service completion must be provided.
- Refunds will be issued only if the service provided does not meet the specifications outlined in the agreed-upon contract or if there is a failure to deliver the service as promised.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.
 

Cancellations

- If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the service as scheduled, we will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
 

Returns

-  Where a product is being returned for whatever reason it must be appropriately re-packaged and clearly labelled as advised, for its return.

Exceptions

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Change of mind or preferences after the service has been performed.
- If the customer's requirements were not communicated clearly at the time of ordering, leading to discrepancies in the service provided.
- Any issues arising from external factors beyond our control, such as technical issues on the customer's end.
